 HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

This jewelry is fairly easy to care for. The best method is to use a silver polishing cloth, similar to the one included with each and every purchase, or a gold polishing cloth, if the item is gold. These polishing cloths are available in most jewelry departments of the big-box stores, or may be purchased on our web site. (You will receive a FREE "starter" polishing cloth with each and every item purchased!) It is a two-sided cloth, one side to polish away tarnish and small scratches and the other to buff and shine. NEVER put any of the items in a Jewelry Cleaner or any jewelry cleaning solution. It could damage the gemstones or especially the finish of the DRUZY gemstones! On any items OTHER THAN the Druzy gemstones, you could also use a very soft toothbrush and some mild soap and warm water to clean, but this method is NOT recommended for the Druzy gemstones.

 HOW DO I STORE MY JEWELRY?

The best way to store jewelry is in individual containers, whether it is stored in a velvet pouch, silk bag, or even a ziplock baggie. This keeps each piece from scratching another and prevents tarnish, especially if it will be an extended length of time between wearings.

• The item must be returned within 14 days of shipment date of item.
• The item being returned must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• If you elect to return the item uninsured and it is lost in the mail, we can not be responsible for the lost item and you would not receive a refund.

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

In most cases, the item will be shipped within 24 hrs. As all items are sent USPS, items purchased late Saturday or early Sunday, may take one day longer. You will usually receive your package within 3 days of placing your order.
